Finga Quenga is ‘Stuck Inna Mi Ways’

Dancehall artiste Finga Quenga is on the verge of a breakthrough with his latest release, a juicy hard-hitting track dubbed ‘Stuck Inna Mi Ways’.

“The feedback on this song has been magnificent so far. The streets dem say is a real hit so the video is coming soon. I also have a followup song with Fully Bad and 10tik coming soon as well, mi ah mek a major step inna 2024,” the artiste whose real name is Ramone Simmons, said.

The Stuck Inna Mi Ways single was produced by records and 9miles Record.

Finga Quenga grew up in the Spanish Town, St. Catherine and attended Spring Village High.

The young rhyme slinger got involved in music when he started hanging out with his friend, noted videographer-producer 9 Mile and his brother Krymist.

“They’re always telling me I got the sound for music and so I just try it one day with them and it started to work,” he explained.

He was known as Finga in his community and decided to adopt a variation of that name, christening himself as Finga Quenga.

The first song he ever recorded was Little Protect, which was released one year ago, but the song didn’t get proper promotion. It was not until a few months later that he started to heat up the streets with the release of the grimy street-banger ‘Bingo We Bingo’.

“Bingo We Bingo really put me on the map in a real way. The reaction was marvelous and supportive throughout all the garrison communities from Kingston to Spanish Town,” he said.

Finga Quenga is fast-tracking plans to release an 8-track EP in the year 2024.

“The EP is almost complete, about 8 tracks I am aiming for. I am going to keep dropping new music and getting bookings for shows because mi know mi have the potential to make a major mark in dancehall,” Finga Quenga said.

Finga Quenga is managed by producer-videographer 9 Miles and Canada-based music insider Nichole Belle aka Ms. Unity.
