Sevana pleads guilty to death by dangerous driving

Reggae singer Sevana is facing a prison sentence of up to five years after she pleaded guilty to a death by dangerous driving charge when the matter was called up before the Westmoreland Circuit Court today.

Sevana will be sentenced on November 17th. The maximum penalty for causing death by dangerous driving is five years imprisonment at hard labour.

Sevana is represented by attorney-at-law Everton Dewar.
