Attorney Peter Champagnie has confirmed that his client, Dancehall producer and manager Jahvel “Jahvy Ambassador” Morrison has been charged in connection with his role in a shooting incident where three people were shot on Sunday.

The incident happened during the Big Wall Revolution carnival party on Sunday night at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre in St Andrew.

The charges are assault occasioning actual bodily harm, wounding with intent and using a prohibited weapon to commit a felony.

Jahvy Ambassador is well-known for his buzzworthy production work on Alkaline’s Top Prize album and the earlier hit song Ocean Wave.
