Blogger Jaii Frais has been hit with a battery of charges in the wake of the shooting incident at the Big Wall carnival party on Sunday.

Some of the charges include wounding with intent, shooting with intent, use of a weapon to commit a felony, and possession of a prohibited weapon.

The charges were laid following a court order to the police to charge or release Richards, who has been detained since the incident, by 6pm on Friday.

The podcaster is represented by attorneys Isat Buchanan and D’ondre Buchanan.

The vloggers legal team made an appearance in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court where the police had been given the 6 p.m. deadline.

An application for bail will be made for Richards, who is yet to be given a date for his first appearance in court to answer to the charges.

Charges are still pending for the producer Jahvy Ambassador.
