When yu dig a grave, dig two…woman implicated in murder plot that caused her own death

Police sources have theorized that a woman who was shot dead in the vicinity of a bar in Nain, St Elizabeth, was killed because her own murder-for-hire plot went awry.

“Our investigations have shown that the woman hired a man to take out a former lover. She was at the same event standing beside him when the killer struck. She had wanted to give herself an airtight alibi by being at the same dance as the shooting but it led to her death,” a police source told one876entertainment.

The woman, Latisha Green, otherwise called ‘Latty’, was a bar operator and resident of Third Street in the Lititz district.

Preliminary reports are that sometime before 10:00 pm the woman was near a bar in Nain when a gunman attacked her, opening fire and hitting her multiple times. A man was also wounded in the gun attack.

The victims were taken to hospital, where Green was pronounced dead and the man admitted for treatment.

“The victim of the intended attack had been robbing her. He was suspected of robbing one of her businesses and plotting to rob another one because he felt she owed him money as he loaned her money to start her business years ago. She wanted to get rid of him, so she hired a man who subcontracted the hit to another man. When the hitter came to do the deed, Latisha was shot by accident, the bullet went through her hand and entered her heart, killing her instantly,” the officer said.

The investigations had led officers to examine Green’s phone where the incriminating messages were located.
