Down Sound Records songstress Ishawna is generating a lot of buzz stateside with her ‘I Need Love’ video which was featured on the hip hop website, wordstarhiphop.com last week. Several thousand persons viewed the video and that is sure to give it a boost for the Xmas season. The video, released earlier this year, has racked up over 215,000 views on youtube since its released, and the song itself topped two ethnic reggae charts in the UK.

Since his return to Jamaica, dancehall artiste Desperado has been hard at work. He has returned to the dancehall with a bang, releasing a pair of socially-conscious and uplifting songs. One of those songs is ‘My Testimony’, produced by Garth Lindo and Wesley Diamond, and the other is called ‘Have Faith’, produced by Jay Kime and Shaydz.
