Eighteen-year-old Dwayne Leslie, otherwise called ‘Gugu’ of Margaret Street, Elleston road, Kingston 16 was fatally shot during a confrontation with the police along Rose Lane, Hannah Street, Kingston 14 on Wednesday, May 14.

One 9mm Pistol with a magazine affixed containing two cartridges was seized.

The incident was reported to the Inspectorate and Professional Standards Oversight Bureau (IPROB) and the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM).
