It has come to my attention that without permission or consultation with me or my legal representatives, private information was leaked, and an online article was uploaded by The Gleaner Jamaica in relation to my matter pending before the court. It is most unfortunate that due to our public image, I was not given the privilege of privacy, especially since this is a matter that involves our minor child. This is a pending legal matter which is before the Court and as such I am not able to comment. I have complete confidence in the justice system, and I await my opportunity to fully ventilate the issues before the Court. Until then, the care and protection of our daughter is paramount and I implore that responsible journalism will prevail.
