The local theatre community is in mourning after the passing of popular comedian Cleve ‘Chu Chu’ Warren.

The news of his death was confirmed earlier this evening on the social network Facebook by fellow comedian Delceita Coldwater. Dozens of persons are currently pouring out their condolences to the late actor’s family and friends.

A St Elizabeth primary school teacher is dead and her companion hospitalised after reportedly being forced to drink a poisonous substance by men who broke into her house Tuesday night.

Reports are that the Grade 3 teacher at the Park Mountain Primary School, 29-year-old Kerrion Powell was at home with a male companion when men invaded the premises.
