A man chopped his cheating girlfriend recently after he found that she had had an affair with one of his friends.  "My lord, this lady was nothing and I took her up and turn her into a woman and we build a house together and she go deh wid mi fern," shouted an accused man when he appeared in the Spanish Town RM Court recently.  

Reneal Slater, charged with robbery with aggravation and being in possession of an offensive weapon, appeared in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate Court recently.

A 52 year old resident of Willowdene, St. Catherine was shot and killed on Saturday morning. He is Ray Brown of Clayton Crescent, Willowdene who was murdered in his home by robbers. He is the brother of TVJ sports reporter Jermaine Brown.
