Jamaican 1980s deejay Ranking Trevor died from injuries sustained in a motor accident yesterday where a car reportedly crushed his skull.
The deejay, whose real name is Maxwell Grant, was hit from his motorcycle near Cling Cling Oval, a sports complex at the corner of Cling Cling Avenue and Olympic Way, in St Andrew. He was 60 years old.
Among Ranking Trevor's hit songs were Queen Majesty, Truly, Answer Mi Question and Rub a Dub Style.
