One of the consequences for breaking a bail bond is the arrest of the defendant if he chooses to abscond. The arrest places the defendant back into custody to assure his future court appearances after which the prosecutor can reopen the case.

1) immediate arrest (b4 him leave USA) to face the drugs charge, or

2) new extradition papers drawn up and sent to JA b4 him serve out him absconding sentence. When him get release, put pon a plane and sent to JA (to satisfy this loop hole about previous extradition only mentioning he's wanted for absconding), then arrested once he gets to NMIA.

De USA always gets theirs by de hook or de crook.

De only good pawt mi see is dat the sentences may not be long. Busy character will help him tremendously. Good yute, no other problems wid de law (despite all de tings weh ah gwaan round him), uplifting tunes. Short sentences, plus good behaviour means we'll see him soon.
