Baby Chris has denied a rumour making the rounds via bb in Jamaica that he has been afflicted with the deadly disease, AIDS. 

"My conscience is clear, I don't have AIDS. This whole thing is coming from a vindictive girl who I broke up with in England who threatened me that she was going to destroy my life and this is what she decided to do, spread a false rumour in Jamaica, but it cannot work.
