Known for his incendiary live performances and strong stage persona and charismatic vocals, Sativa D Black 1 delivered a brilliant performance at Galiday Bounce at the Ewarton Sports Complex on December 30th.

 

 

"Ah bear bitters, mi deal with 'Galiday Bounce' different, mi gi dem a performance that the whole ah Jamaica ah go marvel fi the 2017," the singer, whose real name is Shaun Smith, said. 

 

The singer got good forwards for Petty Thief and his latest single, 'Ungrateful', but it was his bubbly stage presence and command that had the large crowd in awe of him. 

 

He is looking forward to a successful 2017, and he was raving about the response to the video for his popular single,, ‘Petty Thief’ on the YGF Records label from his growing legion of fans. 

 

“Bun a petty thief! The video ah show hard on HYPE and RE Ah pure people ah share it, we ah get calls from overseas. The anticipation was really high for this video, so people ah respond with a good vibration. Ah cirosee!!! Ah bear bitters!” he said.

 

This song is one of the singles which will lead out his new EP, which will be released through Charm B Productions. Other songs to look out for include the Charm B Production singles, ’Ungrateful’, ‘Grip Me’ and ‘Walk Her Out’, a song which deals with domestic violence, and ‘Never Waan Mi Reach This Far’ for Full Chaarge Records. 

 

The singer is looking forward to an exciting 2017 as his 'Ungrateful' single has already charted at #6 on the FIWI Choice top ten charts. 

 

Managed by the New York based Charm B Productions, Sativa D Black 1 hopes the positive work that is being put into his career, will serve as the manifestation of other things to come.
