Dancehall star Masicka has shown that he is able to do social commentary with his Mario Deane tribute, 'Life Keeps on Crying'. "I was motivated to do the song because I felt it was very tragic and unjust for a man to lose his life over a spliff when governments all over the world, and even Jamaican government, are moving to legalize the tree of life, marijuana," he said.

Masicka wants justice for the family of Mario Deane, and hopes that the song, released on the Razzle Music/Subkonshus Music imprint, will hope to keep pressure on the government to act.
