Former Portmore Empire deejay Lisa Hyper has pushed back the release date for her debut album, The Realest Bitch, because of other pressing obligations that would make it difficult for her to promote the album to the best of her ability.

"In February, I will be leaving for England where I will be doing a number of shows over there for at least two weeks, and then when I return to Jamaica, I will head to Canada for two shows so that is the main reason to push back the release date of the album...in March, I will have more time to go all out in terms of marketing and promotion," Lisa Hyper said in a release.

Next week, Lisa Hyper will be completing the videos for her singles, 'Power' and 'Roll Deep', the lead singles for the album.

The videos will be directed by well-known video director Snow.

"I will be auditioning girls for the 'Power' video next Tuesday at King Jammys studio. We are doing two videos, one for Power and the other for Roll Deep, but I need a few girls to spice up the Power video," she said.

In the meantime, Lisa Hyper has been recording an armada of new singles to help her stay current while she is overseas on business. The singles include 'Dem a Kick Up' on Ward 21 new riddim, 'Fly Like a Kite' on the Signature riddim for producer Lena British, and 'Kick Back' on producer Bruce Lee's latest riddim.

"I am also doing two songs for producer Andrew Blacks that ah go sick up place," she declared.

The rejuvenated Lisa Hyper has also been paying stricter attention to her health as last year she was diagnosed with stomach ulcers that she aggravated because of poor eating habits she practised while logging long hours recording her debut album.

"Right now, the stomach ulcers are not too bothering me too much, I am just trying my best to eat on time so that it doesn't act up," Lisa Hyper said.
