Alva was born in the former Capital of Jamaica - Spanish Town, but was raised in Sandy Bay Clarendon, a small town South of May Pen, Clarendon

Soccer was Alva’s first love, where he was also considered a high school ‘Soccer star’. He played in divisional finals and won high school premierships. Although he was a natural on the field, his soccer dreams were quickly replaced by a microphone at age 15, when his cousin, (Bounty Killers road manager) Peter Nar introduced him to a studio, which his friend gave him the chance to sing on a track. Which a musical legend in that moment was born….naturally.

However, Alva’s is now managed by Garfield Cowan – CEO of Nature’s Way Entertainment.

Also, big things are in the pipelines for Alva, as the artiste is getting ready to shoot his video for the song: “Jah Keep Me Safe & Sound” which is receiving rave reviews from fans, that have been rejuvenated by the artiste’s love, and raw talent for the Reggae music. However, “Jah Keep Me Safe & Sound” have been receiving heavy rotations on air, bith locally and internationally.
“I will also be shooting a video for the single: I've Got Life” which is apart of my first debut album.” shared Alva

This single is one Natures Way Entertainment First album, which features various artistes which is titled: Natures Way Entertainemtn Volume 1 on the Hope Rhythm. This rhythm features the likes of: Richie Spice, Spanner Banner, Lutan Fyah, Thugsy Malone, kehv, Mr. Melody,Withney Wright and Zamunda.

“This album will be out this spring and available on itunes and in stores, also on.” said Fada G (Alva’s manager)

Alva's debut album: I've Got Life, comprises of 12 songs, which speaks about world affairs, Jamaican culture, poverty, politics and love.

Alva delivers conscious messages to the young and old as he continues his trend of becoming a musical legend.
