Portmore Empire deejay Popcaan was arrested by the Bahamian authorities on Monday, along with  two entourage members of the Portmore Empire  after a fracas broke out in Lynden Pindling International airport.

The three accused have been charged with a litany of charges including assault, wounding and destruction of personal property.

According to the Bahamian authorities, the altercation occurred between a Bahamian national, who is employed as a pilot for Spirit Airlines and the three musicians. The communications officer did not reveal any additional details as to what had started the fracas but said that a laptop was destroyed during the dustup in the airport.

Deejay Popcaan, whose real name is Andre Sutherland, is known for his contribution to the super-popular Clarks hit, as well as songs such as Gangsta City and Dream.
