A man who caused the death of a British citizen after his speeding vehicle overturned in the Rio Cobre appeared in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrates' court earlier this week.
The accused, Llewelyn Riley, will appear in court again on November 25, 2015 where the matter is set to go on trial.
It is alleged that on September 25, 2014, Riley was proceeding along the Bog Walk Gorge when he overtook a line of traffic and lost control of the vehicle which overturned in the Rio Cobre and eventually caused the death of London-based citizen, Gwendolyn miller.
The 52 year-old British woman reportedly died on the spot.
An investigation was launched and Riley was arrested and charged with dangerous driving.
Numerous court appearances have been made and Resident Magistrate Tara Reid-Carr decided earlier this week that the matter will go to trial at the above mentioned date.
