Newspaper photographer Rudolph Brown was pepper sprayed by an overzealous police officer as he attempted to photograph a scene where cops were attempting to apprehend a man for littering in Cross Roads yesterday. In a subsequent release, the Press Association of Jamaica (PAJ) called on the Police High Command and INDECOM to launch an immediate investigation into reports of the unprovoked assault by the police.
