Haitian-born rapper Wyclef Jean wowed Sting 2013 with a consummate performance. Recovering well from a false start of sorts on the pay-per-view broadcast, he returned to restart his set, getting an immediate forward with a Whitney Houston dub that had the vuvuzuelas at full song, and the frenzy only increased when he segued neatly into the Fugees' 'Ready or Not'. The whole venue seemed to be bouncing at this point in his set.

He even did a rap about patois and bussed the place, before doing 'Somebody Please Call 911" interjecting tell dem fi free Vybz Kartel and tell dem fi free Buju Banton. Both statements were met with loud cheers. He then did 'Gone Till November', and then Wyclef declared that "mi a de only rapper with no security and mi wi walk through the crowd cause a ghetto mi bloodclaat come from". Crowd lift up! Wyclef is a true entertainer. He closed his set with Vybz Kartel's Bad Mind Get the Best a Dem.
