Fast-rising deejay The Ultimate will be shooting a video for his thought provoking single, Set Me Free, this weekend.

"The video will be shot over two days, and it will be directed by Terminal 4 Media. We're trying to achieve a video that is visually stimulating, inspiration and spiritual as well, and I am confident that the video will be a success," he said .

'Set Me Free' depicts the deejay's positive outlook on life as he sings "Lord set me free guide and protect me from all my foes and enemies" in the punch-line.

This will be the fourth video that Ultimate has shot for the singles that he has produced on his label, Black Q Records.

The jovial deejay first gained recognition with the anti-violence anthem, 'I Wish', which became a favourite of disc jocks.

Prior to the release of 'I Wish', The Ultimate like most young dancehall acts was more concerned with recording hardcore gangster songs and bling bling tunes. However since he has opted for a more positive message in his music, he has gained more support from not only the public but also people within the music industry.

“The 'I Wish' really opened a lot of doors for me and a lot of people have begun to take me seriously as an artiste.
I want my music to uplift the youth and take them in a positive direction," he said.
