A female accused who was granted station bail had it revoked when she appeared in the Spanish Town RM Court recently.

A disagreement which later escalated into a physical altercation between the two sisters has left one suffering from acid burns to the back and shoulders.

The accused, Ann-marie Deer, who resides in Lakes Pen, Spanish Town told RM Ann-marie Nembhard that when she threw the bottle at her sister Debbie Deer she didn't know what was in the bottle.

However, after viewing the photos of the complainant and the constant smirk on Ann-marie's face during her court appearance,  the bail was revoked and another bail offer granted.

"I will not lock you up but I'm going to make some changes to your previous bail," RM Nembhard said.

Bail was then offered in the sum of $250,000 with surety, reports made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 6am and 6pm at the Spanish Town Police Station, stop order placed at all port of entries and travel documents to be surrendered.

The Deer sisters will have their case mention on November 24, 2015.
