A man has been taken into custody for questioning with the shooting of Dr. Raymoth Notice earlier this week.


Superintendent Marlon Nesbeth, who heads the St Catherine North Police, confirmed that a man, described as a person of interest in the early-morning attack on the well-known medical practitioner, was already in custody.

The man was taken into custody on Monday afternoon.

Notice was at his home near Bog Walk, St Catherine, when two gunmen approached him and demanded money. The police report that when their demands were not met, the men opened fire, hitting him several times.
