Fast-rising singjay Khago rocked the Starz nightclub in Philadelphia, PA over the weekend with an electrifying performance that has cemented his reputation as one of the most dynamic performers in dancehall today.
Introduced by the Flossing King, Flippa Mafia, he walked out singing 'Blood a Boil' and the reaction was immediate, with male members of the audience beating down the walls. Then he paused to say hello to his fans, and then segued neatly into his act. Asking the crowd for a show of hands if they thought that "ah friend sell out Kartel', he deejayed 'Nah Sell Out Mi Frien Dem' and lighters lit up the venue with orange blossoms of fire. Then he did 'Nah Sell Out Part Twice' and the forward was even bigger. The girls went crazy for his current #1 chart burner, Tun Up Di Ting on the Overproof riddim, and he earned a well deserved encore. After he exited the stage, Flippa Maffia did  a few more of his hits to close off a show that will be talked about in Philadelphia for years to come. Earlier, new G Life recording artistes such as Stabislaw and G Warrior performed well. Bounty Swag, who performed alongside Flippa Maffia, earned a big forward with his rhymes dissing Chase Cross and defending Bounty Killer who he called his "idol'.
