Justus Arison of JA Productions has rubbished claims which have emerged on the Internet that Blak Ryno is now signed to a new company. Arison said that despite the artiste's insistence that JA Productions shelve his album, he would be going ahead and releasing the album this fall.

Blak ryno is still officially signed to JA productions and has people people in New York walking round saying him sign to someone else. Ryno have a few years left on his contract and legally JA productions is entitled to 20% of his earnings but we not even a watch dat cause him need it more than me," Arison said.

"The man beg fi mi terminate him contract and when me ask him why him say him done with music, and then few days later me hear seh him sign to a different entity which legally is not possible. Him tek man fi fool. But the greatest think is we completed an album, and that was the goal from start. Ryno is still signed to the JA productions label until further notice, we are looking forward to the album release in the next 30 days," he said.
