I-Octane has entered the corporate world with a bang, as the telecommunications fisticuffs heat up between industry heavyweights Digicel and LIME as they jostle for market position.

Octane, known for the mega hits Lose A Friend, and Stab Vampire, inked the partnership with telecommunications giant Digicel to represent them as a brand ambassador.

This signing follows other high-profile signings by Beenie Man, Bounty Killer and Elephant Man with LIME.

This move will represent a major boost in the stocks of Octane, one of the fastest rising reggae stars today in Jamaica. The official signing took place yesterday at Digicel's New Kingston headquarters.

After the signing of the contract, I-Octane was treated to a hearty Digicel welcome with cake and champagne and he received two customised 4G modems.
