International reggae artiste Chaka Demus is reaping international success with the single, 'I'm in Love' featuring female singer Jojo Mac. The single soared to #12 on the South Florida Top 25 reggae charts and #9 on the New York/Foundation Radio Top 30 charts.

"I have been getting a lot of positive feedback from radio stations all over the world, and by all indications, and this chart activity is helping to push the album in North American, Caribbean and European markets," Chaka Demus said.
The reggae-flavoured song is the lead single of his album, 'Chaka Demus: Second Coming' on the Fire N Ice Records label.
Chaka Demus said that he recognized JoJo Mac's talents and decided to do a collaboration with her to boost her profile.
"JoJo Mac is a very good songwriter and a talented woman. I wanted to give her a chance and I love how the song turned out because this song is a real hit," he said. The positive feedback has pushed Chaka Demus to shoot a video for 'I'm In Love" on October 23rd. "It will be released in November. Right now, we are scouting locations in New York and Philadelphia," Chaka Demus said. In the meantime, JoJo Mac is using the buzz surround the hit single to release a new six-song EP which will be released in December. The EP will consist of mainly party songs. Fans can watch her two videos on youtube, "Forget Him" and "Girls Night Out", which were released from her album "Superstar Reloaded". "I believe that Jojo Mac is a true star in the making, she can write hits," he said. Chaka Demus is a juggernaut of a hitmaker. He teamed up with fellow artist Pliers in the early nineties and they enjoyed an internationally successful partnership including a string of hit singles, 'Murder She Wrote', 'Tease Me', 'Twist and Shout', 'Gal Wine' and many more. The album made number one in the UK. 'Twist and Shout' landed the pair a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records. On November 18, 2007, Chaka Demus & Pliers performed "Murder She Wrote" alongside Alicia Keys at the 2007 American Music Awards and both artistes made a surprise appearance at this year's BET Awards as part of a special reggae segment where they delivered their monster hit, 'Murder She Wrote'.
